From Grammie's Kitchen

teething biscuit recipe

2Tbl. honey
2 Tbl. molasses
2 Tbl. vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 Tbl. soy flour
2 Tbl. wheat germ
or
2 Tbl. instant dry milk

1. mix well
2. roll to 1/4 or 1/2 inch thickness
3. cut into finger size sticks
4. bake at 350 for about 15 min.
5. cool and store in air-tight container

has been kitchen tested on Koubek and Shonn children.
